Years ago we had a superb meal at French Laundry. But it's topped in my memory by a meal I had at Fredy Girardet in Crissier. Did you ever go before he retired? And the best single dish I ever had was a sea bass in a raisin jus at Jamin, in the Joel Robuchon days.</description>
